Drink your veggies!

I've been getting lots of use from my blender lately!
It's kind of a satisfying feeling knowing I can get the day's recommended 5 servings of fruits and veggies in one drink.
The bonus is that my children are willing to try kale, spinach, beets, and more when the veggies are blended with berries and honey... but when presented with the same veg as a side dish,
they politely, yet firmly refuse to eat.
It's all about presentation, I guess!
